3) Prestigious and safe area, even for children. Awesome infrastructure, including world-class gym, abundance of supermarkets, coffee shops and other benefits of central old Moscow .
Cons:
1) Its a 5th storey of 5 storey building and no lift! But this is good for health
2) Parking spot is not guaranteed. Sorry!
3) No registration
